Terms of Service
By using ezListr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.
1. The service
ezListr provides tools to help Etsy sellers manage listings, crop photos, build product mockups, and organise images. Some tools are available without an account; others require registration and, for paid features, an active subscription.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible we'll give advance notice for changes that materially affect paying customers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use — you may not share access credentials with others.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ezListr.
3. Free and paid plans
ezListr offers a free tier with limited usage and paid plans with higher limits and additional features. Free plan limits may change over time; we'll notify registered users before any reduction takes effect.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
4. Etsy integration
Connecting your Etsy shop grants ezListr permission to read and update your listings via the Etsy API on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the content of your listings and for compliance with Etsy's own policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy Inc.
You can revoke our access at any time from your Etsy account settings or from the ezListr settings page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ezListr to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Your content
Images processed in the browser (Cropper, Mockup Builder, Gallery) are never uploaded to our servers. For content you do submit to us (e.g. listing text edits synced via the Etsy API), you retain all ownership. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Intellectual property
ezListr, its logo, and the design of the service are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that to you. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
ezListr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will be available at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of ezListr is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
